Wayne Clingman

Wayne Clingman lives in Racine, WI, in a 118-year-old home, the first built within an old area on Native Mounds. His house stands on the highest point in the city of Racine.

After high school, Mr. Clingman joined the US Army as a Cav Scout, CSC 1/5 Cav, stationed at Ft Hood, TX, and left in 1982.

After leaving the Army in 1982, Wayne attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison, majoring in history. While there, he served in the Army Reserve from 1983 to 1986.

He moved to Racine, WI, in 1998, where he worked extensively in sales. Before Clingman started writing, he was active in local politics and hosted a CATV show on regional subjects. His political work included creating Wisconsin’s first film incentive program and Urban Chickens to Racine, WI. Clingman served several years in The Southeastern Wisconsin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

In 2018 started writing books and to date has written Mafia True Crime Books on the Mafia in Buffalo, New York, Milwaukee WI and Las Vegas and on Serial killers.

His current project is Occult Crime in America.
